well.... after a long hiatus, i come back to the virtual world... but what prompts me to blog... again it's the same-old angst after a visit to my home state... 15 years of social justice and years of caste wars have done great disservice to the state so much so that people are still stuck in the past and show absolute defiance to any agent of change... breaking law is still revered as a status symbol... potholed roads continue to make life miserable.... though there are signs of prosperity and reflections of freedom from fear, the state finds it difficult to script a chapter in the India growth story... the great exodus continues, educational institutions are still at the receiving end...
